The staff were very accommodating and pleasant.
During my stay, I encountered significant issues with housekeeping. I found it frustrating that they wouldn't clean the room unless I was present, which was difficult given my schedule. the bathroom facilities were outdated and poorly maintained, with broken countertops that made using it uncomfortable.

Exploring Makkah's heart 🕋
Flippen lekker location, just a short walk to the Haram! Staff were super helpful, especially Maram who sorted my train tickets without any hassle. The whole vibe was just right, made my trip memorable when I could hear the Athan from my room. Loved it!
Had a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi, could be better for sure.

My stay was just unbearable, absolutely no wifi in the room! I had to settle for the corridor—so chic, right? The bathroom was like stepping back in time, disgustingly dated, with broken marble! I nearly left a good review, but really expected better treatment for the price! Unbelievable!

My stay at Al Massa was enjoyable despite some minor hiccups. The convenience of walking to the Haram, just a short distance, made our visits seamless. The lobby had a bustling atmosphere that mirrored the vibrancy of Mecca, though the elevators were a bit troublesome during peak prayer times.
